You may not take or download any content from our web site unless it is stated that you may do so.  Nothing within our web site (Birdboys Place) is public domain. This includes all images, photos, videos, graphics, html, etc., on all of our pages. This also includes all of our creations.  "There are no exceptions or exclusions to this rule."

Everything within our web site was made by us and belongs to us unless stated other wise.  This includes: backgrounds, buttons, banners, etc.  At no time will we ever grant permission for anyone to use any content or graphics from any part of our web site.

The only items that can be taken / downloaded from our web site are the ones that are clearly marked. These would include adoptions and blinkies only.  No other items are to be removed / taken from our web site.

Our creations may only be used on websites that are family and animal friendly.

All of our creations are intended for individual use only.

Our creations may be used on personal web sites as long as our terms and conditions are followed.

Our creations are not to be shared through any groups on or offline. This includes; graphics groups, paint shop pro groups, graphic design groups, tube sites, message boards, email groups, news groups, etc. They are also not to be printed.


Our creations may not be added to any graphics collection on or offline, CD disc, or web site for re-sale, download, or for free.

You are not allowed to alter, modify, or change our creations in any way.

You are not allowed to use the our creations to make your own graphics, adoptions, etc.

You are not allowed to give our adoptions away for free, or claim them as your own.

Our water mark / signature (Birdboy's Place) must remain intact and visible on all of our creations.

Our creations are not to be redistributed in any way, shape, or form.

Direct linking to any of our creations or anything on our web site is not allowed.

These terms apply to all of our creations.

A link to our Terms of Use is displayed in several places within our web site to make it easier for you to find and read.  Whether you read our terms of use or not, you will still be legally bound by them. We reserve the right to make changes or modify our terms of use at any time.

Our  Thoughts / Comments / Opinions

Some of our pages contain thoughts, comments, or opinions made by us on various subjects.  At times we will also include comments from outside sources.  None of the comments on our web site are meant to offend or upset anyone.  If you are offended by any of the subject matter found within our web site, simply close the page and do not visit us again.  Our web site is our own and like everyone else, we reserve the right under the Free Speech Amendment to publish our thoughts, comments, and opinions.

All of our adoptions & blinkies are link-ware. If you use any of them, you must link back to our main page.

Direct Linking / Hot Linking

Direct linking / hot linking to any of the images on our web site is strictly forbidden.  To pick up an adoption or blinkie, you must right click on the image, and then upload the image to your own server / web site.
